We ship worldwide, although some restrictions may apply.

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS or comparable carrier. Shipping fees are flat USPS priority mail rates calculated by zip code. Expect shipment to be received within 5-7 days of order date. For an additional fee, orders can be expedited. Expect 3-4 week turn around time for special orders.

 

Expedited Shipping: If you wish to have expedited shipping, please place your order before 10 AM EST to be processed and shipped the same day. Fees will be calculated based on current rates of carriers.

 

Order Confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that your order has been received and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. If items are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days) we will process the charge and get your order on its way. If the case that the item is out of stock, we will sent a notification email and let you know when it will be available.

 

Billing: We accept Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard and PayPal. All online orders are processed through Square or PayPal to protect your credit card information during the online transaction. All prices and figures are calculated in U.S. dollars.

 

Returns, Credits + Exchanges: All are offered if we are contacted within 24 hours after receiving the product. Items will not be refunded or exchanged if we deem them to be damaged or opened. If you choose to return or exchange an item, within 24 hours of its receipt, please call the Rennsli Project at 347-342-6259 or email us at rennsliproject@gmail.com and we will gladly help!

 

Cancellations + Refunds: All orders cancelled within a 48 hour window are subject to a full refund, if the product has not yet shipped. If it’s left the farm, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. All refunds will be issued to the same card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 30 business days from date of return (depending on the rules of your banking institution) for refunds to post in your account.

Each batch of soap is unique. Expect color and/or texture deviations from bars in photographs.

 

The Rennsli Project strives to use the freshest and most gentle ingredients available but this does not guarantee that an individual will not have a sensitivity to an oil, an herb, a flower or additive.

Although allergic reactions to our ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing each item first on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If redness or sensitivity occurs, discontinue use. As always, keep away from eyes. Flush with cool, clear water if irritation occurs.
